$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install reportbug 

reportbug is installed in your system.

Make ensure the reportbug package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep reportbug *

You will get with reportbug package name, version, architecture and description in a table

reportbug package basic information:
